We grind our boudin in house, fill it with harpoon pepperjack cheese then roll it in bread crumbs and thow it in the deep fryer. 


Po’ Boys

All our po’ boys are served on Leidenheimer French Bread, New Orleans’ finest since 1896. They were served free in 1929 to the 39 striking cable car operators. As the workers entered the French market shop owned by previous conductors, “Here comes another Po’ Boy!” would be called out. The authentic Po’ Boy is still with us today. Mais-yeah!
